Andrea Lane is one of the founders of Red Door House to Home, the Chief Executive Officer, and an active participant in the day to day operations.
CEO
As the Chief Executive Officer, Andrea Lane manages relationships with key stakeholders throughout development projects. She finds, acquires, negotiates, and closing on properties. Should the property be a REHAB property, she’ll be one of the on-site general contractors and “the” RHAB Property Manager.
REHAB Property Manager
One aspect of residential re-development is property rehabilitation. Andrea participates in the inspections, creating the rehab checklist, manages the project plan and schedule. She also manages all aspects of the rental properties and is responsible for her team of maintenance and property managers.
Real Estate Investment Education (REI)
Andrea is passionate about educating potential investors. As she’s networking you’ll be sure to learn a tip or two from her. She organizes Real Estate Investment Education (REI) sessions with guest speakers.
In addition to sharing REI, Andrea is constantly learning at Fortune Builders’ educational programs.
Marketing and Business Networking
Andrea is actively involved in quite a few networking communities in New Jersey. If you network in the Monmouth/Ocean County New Jersey area you’re bound to meet up with her and one of the networking events.

More about Andrea Lane
Andrea was born to work in real estate as her name suggests a lovely street (or lane). Her life experiences have always led her towards real estate careers and endeavors. In addition to working in the real estate industry, Andrea has owned rental properties for almost 20 years – and she is thrilled to be back in property management again with Red Door House to Home.
Andrea has over 30 years of experience as a program manager for a large NY bank. She was also a compliance officer for small government contracting company. And a property manager for a small company.
Obviously, Andrea has an affinity towards organizing things and real estate. In fact, she loves to organize so much she has founded the company Your Organized Solutions, a company dedicated to helping people organize their home business and computer to relieve stress and simplify their lives.
Above all Andrea enjoys volunteering and spending time with family and friends.
